The palace, where the Bolognese painter Raffaele Faccioli lived and painted his works from 1888, was redesigned in 1924 by the architect Edoardo Collamarini and is located in the most central pedestrian area of the city, well served by public transport, restaurants, pubs and bistros.

The structure was recently renovated with particular care in the choice of fine fabrics, classic furnishings, spacious and bright bathrooms, to offer you maximum comfort and pleasantness. The elegant and refined environment is particularly suitable for “romantic getaways” for couples of all ages
