B&B Casa Faccioli
Housed in a nineteenth-century historic building, our B&B is on the fourth floor with a lift where the famous Bolognese painter Raffaele Faccioli lived and painted his works.
Casa Faccioli is an elegant B&B in the historic centre of Bologna, at a stone’s throw from the historic Piazza Maggiore, the Basilica of San Petronio and the main historical, cultural and gastronomic places.
The B&B is an excellent alternative to classic hotels. It gives you the chance to have breakfast directly in your room or even on the terrace enjoying a privileged view of the ancient towers.
The B&B, consisting of only two suites, two double rooms and a single room, ensures you privacy, exclusivity and intimacy.
The palace, where the Bolognese painter Raffaele Faccioli lived and painted his works from 1888, was redesigned in 1924 by the architect Edoardo Collamarini and is located in the most central pedestrian area of the city, well served by public transport, restaurants, pubs and bistros.
From our terraces you can admire the Cathedral of San Pietro with its double Romanesque bell tower, the Prendiparte tower, the Altabella tower and the two towers Asinelli and Garisenda (the last medieval towers of the city that are still intact).

B&B CASA FACCIOLI
The B&B offers you a small breakfast in your room and a second breakfast in a Bistrot in our Area.
In addition to this we provide our welcome guests with all the tourist material and indications on the city and its surroundings for visits, walks or trips by any means: by walk, by bike, by car, by train. The staff of the B&B speaks fluently Italian, English, French and Russian.
Unfortunately, animals are not accepted in the structure.
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, but not on the terrace.
Cleaning is done daily.
